Backseat Rally Weekly Contracts: Objectives, Tracking and Rewards

Last updated:

Weekly contracts give you specific driving goals with XP and CR rewards. Use THIS WEEK to track a task, read its completion conditions and plan your runs around the five-contract Weekly Bonus.

Select Contracts in the main menu and press Enter. In THIS WEEK, select a task and press T to track it; R opens the Swap option, priced at 9 Robux. Crew runs require two players for the entire run. The Sakura Pass task requires one finish at least three seconds faster than your vehicle class’s Gold target. Finish all five weekly contracts to earn the Weekly Bonus.

Contract Objectives and Rewards

Match your active task to its objective below before choosing a stage. For the Riverbend Canyon contract, open STAGES in the main menu and choose Riverbend Canyon; any vehicle and either the driver or co-driver seat qualify. See the stage travel guide for travel and start-line instructions.

For Earn 2 Gold Medals, choose a stage where you can consistently reach Gold. Gold or higher qualifies, and the objective allows any stage.

Complete Crew Runs with Two Players

3 Runs as a Crew requires three completed runs with two players present throughout each run. Sending an invitation alone does not satisfy the requirement, and an AI co-driver does not count as the second player.

Arrange a human driver and co-driver, confirm that both players are seated, then start the stage. Choose a time when your partner can stay for complete runs. Use the co-driver setup guide to invite a player or join another car.

Beat the Sakura Pass Gold Target by Three Seconds

Complete one Sakura Pass run at least 3.0 seconds faster than the Gold target for your vehicle’s class. Any vehicle is allowed, but simply earning Gold is not enough.

  1. Read the Gold target on the Sakura Pass start panel for your current vehicle.
  2. Convert that time to seconds and subtract 3 seconds.
  3. Finish at that calculated time or faster.

For example, the Sakura Pass start panel with Rascal S (C 441) has a Gold target of 1:19.0, or 79 seconds. For that target, the contract requires 79 − 3 = 76 seconds, so aim for 1:16.0 or faster. Use your current class’s displayed target when calculating your goal.

The Gold time gap calculator can compare your result with the Gold target; you need to be at least three seconds faster for this contract. If you are still losing time, use ghosts, sector gaps and replays to identify where to improve your next attempt.

Plan Your Runs and Earn the Weekly Bonus

The Weekly Bonus requires FINISH ALL FIVE: complete every contract in THIS WEEK to earn the additional reward.

  • When a human partner is available: prioritize the crew contract while you can both commit to complete runs.
  • When playing alone: work on available clean-run, stage-finish or medal objectives.
  • When targeting 3 Clean Runs: favor controlled finishes over aggressive time chasing. This contract requires three runs without collisions, resets or penalties.
  • When close to the Sakura goal: focus practice on the time you still need to gain against the calculated contract target.

Read your selected task before traveling and check its progress after a run to decide what to attempt next.

Clean-run contract payouts and stage bonuses

2 Clean Runs is a separate contract with a two-run objective. In an Alpine Pass payout example, Contract: 2 Clean Runs awards 120 XP and 150 CR, while a separate Clean Run row awards 30 XP and 15 CR. The contract payout and the individual run bonus are separate reward entries; the three-run contract’s stated conditions apply to that specific task.

Check the Rewards screen for completed-contract payouts. The CR and XP rewards guide explains the other stage reward rows.
